I-130: Petition for Alien Relative

This form is used when a U.S. citizen or permanent resident wants to help a relative immigrate to the United States.


I-129F: Petition for Alien Fiancé(e)

Use this form to petition to bring your: Fiancé(e) (K-1) and their children (K-2) to the U.S. so you may marry your fiancé(e); or Spouse (K-3) and their children (K-4) to the U.S. to apply for lawful permanent resident status.


I-864 (A): Affidavit of Support

This form is required for some immigrants to show that they have adequate means of financial support and are not likely to rely on the U.S. government for financial support.

I-90: Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

This form is used when a U.S. citizen or permanent resident wants to help a relative immigrate to the United States.


I-751: Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

This form is used to remove conditions on a Green Card obtained through marriage.


I-485 (A): Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Also known as a green card application, this form is for immigrants looking to become permanent U.S. residents.

N-400: Application For Naturalization

Sometime referred to as an application for citizenship, this form is submitted when an immigrant applies to become a U.S. citizen.


N-600: Application for Certificate of Citizenship

This form is for an official certificate recognizing a child’s status as a U.S. citizen. This is not an application to become a U.S. citizen.


N-565: Application for Replacement Naturalization, Citizenship Document

This form is used to apply for a replacement Declaration of Intention; Naturalization Certificate; Certificate of Citizenship; or Repatriation Certificate; or to apply for a special certificate of naturalization as a U.S. citizen to be recognized by a foreign country.

I-821: Application for Temporary Protected Status

If you are an eligible national of a designated country or a person without nationality who last habitually resided in the designated country, use this form to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). When filing an initial TPS application or re-registering for TPS, you can also request an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) by submitting a completed Form I-765, Request for Employment Authorization, when you file Form I-821.


I-765: Application for Employment Authorization

This form is used to request employment authorization and an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Other aliens whose immigration status authorizes them to work in the United States without restrictions may also use Form I-765 to apply to USCIS for an EAD that shows such authorization.


AR-11: Change of address

This online form is used to update your address with USCIS to ensure you receive all correspondence and benefits in a timely manner and avoid possible delays related to your case.
